Water bears are microscopic animals that live in lakes, on moss, the himalayayan mountains, deep ocean areas, near volcanose, solid ice, beaches, deserts, deep in soil, hotsprings and meadows.
Water bears were discoverd by Johann Ephraim Goeze, an aquatic zoologist, in 1773.Over 900 species of water bears have been found all around the world. An easy way to find them is to soak a piece of moss in spring water.what do they eat?
